Sarah Seeds (Emmy Considered/TV Academy Member/SAG-AFTRA) is a bicoastal actress, writer, and producer who has appeared in TV Shows, Web series, Films, Off-Broadway plays, and national Voiceover campaigns.

She is on the SAG-AFTRA National Board & has written TV Pilots, sketches, short films, and commercials.

Sarah recently created and starred in the TV Pilot, 'Riding The D with Dr. Seeds.'

She also has a side business making Pitch Decks!

✨️It's giving creative artist recap ✨️ Not to detract from what is happening currently, but I've been having such a creative year (isn't that what artists do in pivitol times?). Auditions with directors & IPs I'm literally obsessed with (shout out to my team, especially @dreammakertalent ), going to @televisionacad events, having incredible press for #BathedInTheNight (It just recieved it's 5th laurel after winning BEST SCI-FI at @chainfilmfest ), heading down to VA for the @indieshortfilmfest this weekend (where #BathedInTheNight, #Robotomy play, & I'll be speaking on a panel about distribution), finishing my *FIRST DRAFT* of my #BathedInTheNight feature (with offers to package already on the table), to me working on some vertical creations I think you'll all love, to #sagaftra werk, to being attached to the @youre_not_well film campaign and being a juror with the @remissionfilmfest , MY HEART IS FULL. ❤️ Creativity and love are the antidote for all things ✨️stay magical and always stay creative✨️ Those in power who lack any creativity or soul are embarassing. ✌️✌️

...but there's so much happening. So much heavy, shit happening. So, I figured a fabulous picture that embodies both my femme fabulousity and fierceness while seething in anger as I tackle roles I'm proud of (An actor, a Labor leader, a savage writer, an outspoken human, a lover of truth, an artist, a humanist and a person who refuses to stop), works just the same.

✨️✨️On June 14th, 2025, I got to marry my best friend, in our fave getaway town, with our favorite people. It was a day of laughter, tears, dancing, community and love. Nothing went wrong... and even if it had, it didn't matter. It was and IS the best day of my life. Now, as we head accross the world on our honeymoon, I'm reminded how lucky I am... that I've gotten to marry my best friend. There's no one I'd rather adventure with and I'm so lucky to be your person, Michael Pizzano❤️. I love you and I'm so excited by you! Thank you to our fabulous Photographer/Videographers, @turnquistcollective for this wonderful trailer. Thank you to @colonywoodstockny @colonywoodstockweddings (esp Laura Anson), our incredible DJ Dave @apbentertainment , and the woman who made this possible, our amazing planner, Heather @marcolinapro ! ✨️✨️

🍁We watched soooo many horror films, vibed in Sleepy Hollow, saw friends at sp00ky parties, drank pumpkin drinks, saw fall foliage (NYC is looking cute too), marched/protested, VOTED, played in the field with giant sculptures, and started cooking more (homemade VEGAN pizza & pumpkin pie). 🍂Times are unhinged, and I'm always focusing on the love I have in my life: my family, my husband, my colleagues, my artistic collaborators and those that uplift. 🍂
